At 8 years old, I stepped onto the gridiron for the first time. I was chubby and unathletic. After a season as a third string offensive lineman, I was at a crossroads. I am no quitter, so I could either continue to waste my time being unimpressive or become an athlete. I decided on the latter. My mother found a gym that worked with kids- and so my journey in the weight room began. I fell in love with the process of bettering myself. Through my middle and high school athletic careers in football and lacrosse, I was never the best, but I was always the hardest worker and the strongest on the team. With lackluster college ball options, I decided to turn my competitive nature elsewhere. I stepped into a powerlifting gym, and so began my ambition.

I fell in love with this sport so quickly. My favorite part of athletics has always been the process; the work behind the scenes. That is 99% of this sport. I competed in my first meet the Summer of 2022 and have not looked back. As of now, I am nationally ranked 5th of the junior 105 class, was the runner up in the North American Championship, and have been on the podium at a number of national championships.

I love working with all demographics, having coached from Teen II to Masters I, but I have a particular fondness for those transitioning from sport at the high school and collegiate level into powerlifting- as those who have been involved with sports already have the grit and attitude needed in order to be successful in this sport. However, if you are a diligent worker, can handle constructive criticism, and have a true desire to get better, you will be a great fit for my roster.

Testimonials

…in this time we have increased the total by almost 100kg. We greatly improved my weak point being the bench press, which is what I came to Dallas specifically for as the fruits of his labor are present in a lot of his athletes benches. Dallas has not only made me physically a better athlete in the sport but mentally and spirituality…
